Refund Policy

If enne isn't right for you, we want to make things simple. Here's how refunds work depending on where you subscribed.
Web Purchases (enne.day)
Web subscriptions are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record.
To request a refund for a web purchase:
- Email us at hello@enne.day with your account email and the reason for your request
- We will process your refund through Paddle within a few business days
You can also cancel your web subscription at any time from your account settings. After cancellation, you keep access to premium features until the end of your billing period.
iOS Purchases (App Store)
iOS subscriptions are processed and managed by Apple. Refund requests must go through Apple:
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Select the enne subscription charge
- Follow Apple's instructions to request a refund
You can cancel your iOS subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings. After cancellation, you keep access to premium features until the end of your billing period.
Free Trial
If we offer a free trial, you will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins automatically at the displayed price.
Technical Issues
If something is broken and you can't access the features you paid for, write to us at hello@enne.day. We will fix the issue or help you get a refund, whichever you prefer.
